新烟碱类杀虫剂呋虫胺的合成新工艺 被引量:2

A New Technology for the Synthesis of Neonicotinoid Insecticide Dinotefuran

摘要 在调研国内外有关呋虫胺研究文献的基础上,通过反复实验,找到了合成呋虫胺的新工艺.。以1,4-丁内酯计总收率达到36%。通过正交试验对各步骤反应进行了优化,确定了最佳反应条件。相比其它方法,本工艺合成呋虫胺具有成本低、步骤少、三废少、规模化生产可行性高等优点。 Based on the relevant literatures in home and abroad ,a new technology for synthetic dinotefuran was studied by repeated experiments. Dinotefuran in an overall yield of 36 % calculated from 1,4-butyrolactone. The optimal condition and satisfactory results of each step were given by orthogonal experiments. Compared with other methods, The method for the preparation of dinotefuran has the advantages of low lost, less steps, less wast, high industrialization feasibility, and etc.
