摘要
在保证一定要求的情况下,以容器壳体金属消耗量最低为设计目标,导出压力容器可靠性优化设计的数学模型,利用MATLAB软件进行优化,可以得到在一定长径比范围内满足预定可靠性要求的一系列局部优化设计方案。文章论述了压力容器壳体优化设计的方法,简述优化设计的可行性,对降低产品成本,增强市场竞争力有着现实的意义。
