大学生校外实践教育基地工作现状及建设思路研究

The Current Situation and Construction Idea Study on Outside School Practice Education Base to College Student

针对大学生校外实践教育基地工作现状,提出了建设思路,确定了指导思想、建设目标和建设任务。通过建设,教育部湖南科技大学—中盐湖南株洲化工集团有限公司工程实践教育中心将成为一个能承担省内外高校学生的校外实践教育任务,建立校企联合培养人才新机制,推动学校转变教育思想观念,改革人才培养模式,加强实践教学环节,提升高校学生的创新精神、实践能力、社会责任感和就业能力的开放型校外实践教育基地。

According to the current situation of the outside school practice education base to college student, the construction idea is presented. The guiding idea, construction goal and task are determined. Through construction, the engineering practice education center of the Ministry of Education on the basis of Hunan University of Science and Technology and Hunan Zhuzhou Chemical Industry Group Co. Ltd.-CNSIC will become an open outside school practice education base. The outside school practice education task to college student inside and outside the province can be bore. The new talem training mechanism with school enterprise cooperation can be established. The concept Change of the school educational thought can be promoted. The talent training mode will be reformed. The practice teaching links will be strengthened. The innovation spirit, practice ability, social responsibility and employment ability of college student will be enhanced.
