Cultivation of autonomous learning ability is an important theme in the current higher education. The focus of the competition for talent in the future society is this kind of ability of competition. Having the ability means getting the opportunity in the workplace of the future. In the paper, I combined the theory of constraints with college students＇ Cultivation of autonomous learning ability, and put forward my own opinions on college students＇ Cultivation of autonomous learning ability.
