当前高校学生党员发展问题及对策探析

Analysis on the Problems and the Countermeasures of Developing Party members in College and Universities

大学生党员发展工作是高校学生工作的重要组成部分。当前高校学生党建工作虽然发展势头良好,但也还存在着诸多现实问题和制约因素,若不给予认真对待,将会给我们党的事业带来损失。文章在实地调研的基础上,整理分析了当前大学生党员发展工作中存在的主要问题,并提出了坚持发展标准、严格发展程序和纪律、健全教育培训机制、健全党员管理机制和加强组织保障工作等对策建议。

The development of party members is an important part of work of college students .It shows good momentum in the current development of college student party members , but it still faces many practical problems and restricting factors .If the problems can＆#39;t be treated seriously , there will be many losses to the career of our par-ty.Based on the field investigation , this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the development of Party members of college students , and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions , including the maintenance of the development standards , strict disciplines and development procedures , perfection of the training mechanism , improvement of the management mechanism of Party members and reinforcement of the organization and security work.
