便携式电流互感器复合误差现场测试装置的设计

摘要 电流互感器(TA)的复合误差直接影响继电保护动作的可靠性。一旦电流互感器饱和,误差会大大增加,造成继电保护的不正确动作,扩大事故的影响范围。测试电流互感器的复合误差已成为提高系统安全运行的重要工作。为精确测量电流互感器复合误差,本文设计一种便携式的TA复合误差现场试验装置,并给出现场试验装置的硬件结构与软件流程。装置通过采用低频电源法测量电流互感器的伏安特性曲线,从而减小测试用电源的电压,进而减小设备的体积。同时提高采样频率,更精确地采集伏安特性试验中的电气参量。本装置解决了现有电流互感器复合误差测试仪采样频率低、测试时间长、操作繁琐、仪器笨重的问题,具有可靠、便携、适于在现场使用的特点。 The composite errors of the current transformer (TA) directly affect the reliability of the protective actions. Once the TA saturates, the error would be greatly increased to expand the scope of the accident caused by the incorrect action of the relay protection. The TA composite error test has become an important work to improve the safe operation of power system. A portable TA composite error field test device is designed in this paper to accurately measure the composite error of TA. The field test device hardware structure and software flow are provided. The device uses a low-frequency power measurement TA volt-ampere characteristic curve, thereby reducing the power supply voltage and size. It improves sampling frequency to capture the electrical parameters more accurately in the volt-ampere characteristic test. The portable TA composite error field test device carries the reliable, portable characteristics and is suitable for field test.
