摘要
通过CO2超临界萃取法萃取烤烟花中的挥发性成分,然后用蒸馏萃取法对其萃取物进行前处理,通过GC-MS分析萃取物的挥发性成分。分析结果鉴定出,挥发性成分中含有醇类11种,酯类7种,酸类8种,烷烃类8种,萜烯类8种,酮类5种,醛类2种,氮杂环化合物4种。
Volatile components in flue-cured tobacco flowers were extracted by CO2 supercritical extraction method. The extract was pre-treated by applying distillation extraction method and its volatile components were analyzed through GC-MS. Results identified that the volatile components contained 11 kinds of alcohols, 7 esters, 8 acids, 8 alkanes, 8 terpenes, 5 ketones, 2 aldehydes, and 4 heterocyclic compounds.
