韩江城堤加固与潮州古城墙修复相结合的设计方案综述

摘要 运用现代先进的水利工程技术与历史传统工艺相结合的设计理念,对韩江城堤实施达标加固设计,并在确保城堤达到抵御韩江100年一遇洪水标准的前提下,兼顾潮州古城墙(楼)的文物价值进行修复设计,使城堤防洪功能和古城墙(楼)文物景观二者有机结合并得到协调统一,既发挥了工程防洪效益、环境效益和社会效益,也发挥了文物的历史价值、艺术价值和科学价值。 Using the modem advanced water conservation technologies and traditional craftsmanship as the design concept and perspective for reinforcement of the ancient city circumvallation, which can ensure the Hanjiang River dyke ( part of the city wall system) resist and uphold the flood-wave of hundred-years-frequency from the Hanjiang River. At the same time, such techniques not only can take care the functionality of the Chaozhou~ ancient city wall, but can make the city wall fit-into the landscape harmoniously. A vital organic combination of the functionality and scenic views has been achieved. In addition, of the best possible results of the water-conservation, flood-prevention, environmental protection, and social tangible values have been produced. Meanwhile, the renovation project provides the historic, artistic, and scientific values to the local societv.
