摘要 乐昌峡水利枢纽发电机转子装配主要采用现场组焊支架、堆叠磁轭冲片,在组装过程中施工工艺比较复杂,其中涉及到支架整体焊接、副立筋配刨、磁轭冲片堆叠及热打磁轭键等多道工序。为了确保转子装配的质量,满足机组各运行工况的要求,在装配过程中通过对防止焊接变形、焊缝质量、副立筋的配刨、磁轭冲片堆叠及热打磁轭键等关键工序的施工工艺、质量进行严格把关,确保了转子的装配质量满足设计及规范的要求。通过对3台机组转子装配,在装配工艺上总结了一些经验,供同行参考。 Generator rotor of Lechangxia Hydro-Project is mainly assembled with: field assembling and welding, and stacked yoke plate. In the process of assembly, construction technology is more complex, which involved the vice stud welding support with plane yoke plate stacked and hot type yoke key working procedure. In order to ensure the quality of the rotor assembly, and meet the requirements of all kinds of operation work situation, during the assembly process, it would be prevented the welding deformation, guaranted weld pair of stud with plane yoke plate stacked and hot type yoke key construction technology to strictly control the quality of the operations, to ensure that the rotor assembly quality meet the requirements of design and specification. Through the three sets of the rotor assembly, some experience in assembly process could be provided for the colleague reference.
