循环机润滑油系统的技术改造

Technical transformation of lube oil system in circulator

以某加氢精制装置循环氢压缩机润滑油系统为例,分析了循环机因切换油泵过程触发联锁停车问题。结果表明,润滑油系统流程原始设计和制造均存在缺陷,导致机组联锁不能满足运行需求。通过对该系统的改造,解决循环机意外联锁跳车隐患。

With the lube oil system of circulating hydrogen compressor in a hydrofining unit as the example,this paper analyzed the problem of circulator interlock shutdown triggered during circulator lube oil pump switching. The result showed that both the original flow design and manufacture of the lube oil system have defects,which caused compressor interlock incapable of meeting the operation requirement. The transformation to this system eliminated the hidden danger of accidental inter lock shutdown.
