摘要 分析了大庆石化公司丁二烯装置精馏塔底离心泵的振动故障,通过频谱、结构分析和实验,找到流体脉动诱发轴承箱机械振动的原因。采取修改叶轮叶片数量的措施,避开流体相共振,泵体振动水平达到优级。 The article analyzed the high vibration of the rectifying column's centrifugal pump of heavy duty and OH2 model in daqing BD plant. The result of frequency spectrum diagnosis,pump structure analysis and experiment showed that high vibration cause of pump bearing house is induced by fluid pressure pulsation. By altering vane number of impeller,fluid phase resonance was avoided and pump vibration level achieved good grade.
