脑蛋白水解物治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效及对神经功能的影响

Clinical efficacy of brain protein hydrolyzate in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease and the impact on neurological function

目的探讨脑蛋白水解物治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效及对神经功能的影响。方法将我院收治的56例缺血性脑血管病患者按照随机分层分组法分为观察组和对照组,对照组在综合治疗基础上给予复方丹参注射液,观察组在对照组基础上加用脑蛋白水解物,观察两组NIHSS评分、BI评分、血液流变学参数及临床疗效,随访3个月,观察两组血脂水平及血管内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)的变化。结果观察组NIHSS评分、BI评分及血液流变学参数改善情况均显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为82.8%(24/29),对照组临床总有效率为66.7%(18/27),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月,观察组血脂水平及FMD水平均显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑蛋白水解物能显著改善缺血性脑血管病患者的神经功能、血液流变学参数及日常生活能力,治疗缺血性脑血管病疗效确切,在临床中具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of brain protein hydrolyzate in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease and the impact on neurological function.Methods According to a stratified randomization method,56 cases of patients with ischernic cerebrovascular disease in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,control group was given Danshen injection on the basis of the comprehensive treatment,observation group was given brain protein hydrolyzate on the basis of control group,NIHSS score,BI score,the hemorheology parameters and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed,followed up for 3 months,the lipid levels and the FMD levels of the two groups were observed.Results The observation group was significantly better than control group in NIHSS score,BI score and the hemorheology parameters,there were significant differences between the two groups （P ＜ 0.05） ; the total clinical efficiency in observation group and control group were was 82.8 ％ （24/29） and 66.7 ％ （18/27）,there was significant difference between the two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Followed up for 3 months,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in the levels of lipid and FMD,there was significant difference between the two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Brain protein hydrolyzate can significantly improve patient＇s neurological function,improve hemorheology parameters and the activities of daily living.Brain protein hydrolyzate has the exact effect in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,it also has important clinical value.
