临床药师对原发性淀粉样变性患者的药学监护

Pharmaceutical care for primary amyloidosis patient by clinical pharmacist

目的临床药师对1例原发性淀粉样变性患者进行药学监护,发挥临床药师在治疗团队中的作用。方法通过对患者进行全程的药学监护,监控相关指标及不良反应并预防不良反应,及时给出建议,调整治疗方案,评价治疗效果。结果患者化疗过程中未出现严重的不良反应,顺利完成本周期化疗过程,不但提高了药物治疗的安全性和有效性,而且提高了患者的依从性。结论通过参与临床实践,临床药师为合理用药提供了帮助,提高用药安全性,使患者获得优良的药学服务。

Objective To play the role of clinical pharmacist in the treatment group by pharmaceutical care for a case of primary amyloidosis patient.Methods According to the whole process of pharmaceutical care for the patient,clinical pharmacists monitored relevant indicators and adverse reactions and prevented adverse reactions,gave advice timely to adjust the treatment plan,evaluated the therapeutic effect.Results The patient finished the cycle treatment without serious adverse reaction during chemotherapy,clinical pharmacists can improve the safety and efficacy of drugs as well as the patient＇s compliance.Conclusion Through participating in clinical practice,clinical pharmacists play an important role in the rational use of drugs,improve the chemotherapy drug safety,and help patients get excellent pharmacy services.
