The paper introduces a grid operation and auxiliary services management data quality analysis system and the specific application environment of the Power Plant,it analyzes the quality of the data that system requires. After a period of trial running it shows that through the analysis of two rules the system can get the requirements analysis of the system in detail and offer free appraisal base for the data exceptions of no-power plant side. In addition, According to the signal of AGC or load-control, optimal setting control parameters, to improve the control quality, reduce the operating pressure of the auxiliary, the system could be used to improve operation maintenance efficiency and economy of the power plant.
