摘要
以河北省农村为例,结合目前我国新型农村社会养老保险政策的研究背景,从阶段性成果和存在的问题2个方面对新农保政策实施情况进行分析,并从政策实施主体、政策执行主体、政策设计3个角度对新农保政策存在的问题进行了归因分析,以期推进政策问题的解决。
Taking a village in Hebei Province for example,combined with the research background of the new rural social pension insurance policy in China,the new rural social pension insurance policy implementation were analyzed from achievements and problems two aspects,and conducted the problems attribution analysis from policy implementation,policy execution and policy design three perspectives,in order to solve the problems in the implementation of the new rural social pension insurance policy.
