运用预防接种信息化系统查验预防接种证的效果分析

Effect of the Application of Immunization Information Systems to Examine Vaccinate Certificate

目的探索查验预防接种证的方便有效的方法。方法在预防接种单位客户端基础上开发接种证查验模块,通过查询提取儿童接种信息,根据天津市免疫规划疫苗接种程序设定查验标准,自动生成查验和统计分析结果,将2013年查验结果与2012年进行对比。结果 2013年比2012年多查验794人,但是漏种疫苗比2012年少470剂次,漏种的主要疫苗是流脑A+C、乙脑、白破;2012年和2013年漏种疫苗的补种率分别为45.66%和93.29%;2013年小学查验2 864名儿童中共发现各种漏种疫苗1 735剂次,漏种疫苗主要是流脑A+C、乙脑、白破;而托幼机构查验的2 344人共发现漏种疫213剂次,漏种的主要疫苗是流脑A+C、脊髓灰质炎和甲肝。结论利用信息化系统查验接种证操作简单,查验结果判断迅速准确,数据汇总和统计方便,其应用极大提高了接种单位接种证查验的工作水平和漏种疫苗的补种率。

Objective To explore convenient and effective methods about vaccination certification inspection. Methods A vaccination certification module was explored based on vaccination unit client. Children＇ vaccination information was extracted from the system, and the inspection and statistics analysis results automatically generated according to vaccination program in Tianjin. The 2013 results of the inspection were compared with 2012. Results There were more than 794 children inspected in 2013 compared with 2012, but the missing vaccines doses in 2013 were less 470 than 2012, and the main leaked vaccines were Meningitis A＋C, Encephalitis B, Diphtheria-Tetanus. The supplementary vaccination rate was 45.66% in 2012 and 93.29% in 2013. 1 735 doses were found from the 2 864 inspected primary school children in 2013, and the main missing vaccines were Meningitis A＋C, Encephalitis B, Diphtheria-Tetanus. 213 doses were found from 2 344 inspected kindergarten children in 2013, and the main missing vaccines were Meningitis A＋C, Polio, Hepatitis A. Conclusion Using vaccination information system to inspect vaccination certification is simple to operate. Inspection results can be determined quickly and accurately, and data collection and statistical are convenient. The application of this system greatly improved the level of inspection vaccination certification and supplementary vaccination rate of missing vaccines in community hospitals.
