摘要
目的探讨3D打印快速成型技术在口腔颌面部创伤教学中的应用。方法运用3D打印快速成型技术教学法和常规多媒体教学法分别给予2010、2011年级口腔医学专业民汉双语班和口腔医学专业汉语班讲授口腔颌面部创伤课程。结果 2010级、2011级口腔医学专业民汉双语班比同一年级口腔医学专业汉语言班在口腔颌面部创伤示教课中骨折移位情况、骨折钛板坚固内固定、拉力螺钉水平固位等方面掌握成绩明显优异。结论口腔颌面部创伤的骨折移位方向、骨折坚固内固定、拉力螺钉的使用等均为临床教学难点,临床教学示教中使用3D打印快速成型技术能够有效提高颌面部创伤教学效果、进一步提高学生的动手能力,将实践和理论充分结合。
Objective To investigate the 3D printing technology in the teaching of oral and maxillofacial trauma. Method 3D printing prototyping technology teaching and multimedia teaching were used to grade 2010, 2011 class oral medical professional and oral Chinese class in the teaching of oral and maxillofacial trauma medical professional course. Results The oral medical professional students in grade 2010 and 2011 class were better than the same grade of oral medical professional Chinese language class about oral and maxillofacial trauma fracture shift condition, Fracture internal fixation with titanium plate strong, tension screw level master performance obviously superior retention, etc. Conclusion The use of 3D printing prototyping technology can effectively enhance the teaching effect in maxillofacial trauma, further improve the students practical ability and the combination of theory and practice.
