摘要
音乐养生是研究运用丰富有序的声音组合体来满足人的听觉感性需要与表现内心感受需要,以维持心态平和,配合饮食起居等合理手段来保养生命的科学。"阴阳五行、五脏相音"是古人对于音乐养生的探索,既有形式上的牵强附会毛病,又有辩证思维的合理内核。音乐丰富有序的频率序列接近人体自身的频率序列,引发人的耳蜗基底膜谐和共振,通过神经纤维传导谐和有序的电脉冲到达大脑颞叶皮层,音乐激发α脑电波,α波催生天然"快乐丸"内啡肽,使人舒适愉悦,有利于人的身心健康,有益于养生。
Music preserving health is a life maintaining science with the rich orderly sound combination to meet the needs of the auditory sense and inner feelings in addition to appropriate diet and way of life. Musical frequency sequences are close to human's frequency sequences and cause the harmonious resonance of basilar membrane of cochlea, and harmonious electric pulse reaches the cortex of cerebrum temporal lobe through nerve fiber. Music stimulates abrain wave which produces endorphin. This will do good to physical and psychological health.
