摘要
我校学生基础差、学习被动以及学生的认知水平存在差异,本文就此情况提出分层教学。分层教学的目的是为了充分发挥每位学生的个性特征,激发学生学习数学的兴趣,提高课堂教学质量,同时改变我校数学教师的教学观念。本文根据分层教学的理论依据对分层教学进行研究。文中详细的阐述了分层教学的全过程,最后对实施两年多的分层教学进行了全面性的总结。
According to the current situation of poor fundamental, inactive learning and cognition of different levels this paper puts forward layered teaching in order to give full play to each student's personality, arouse their mathematical interest, improve classroom teaching quality and change the teaching concepts in the school. Based on the research on the layered teaching theories, the author elaborates its whole process and comprehensively summarizes the layered teaching which has been carried out for more than two years in our school.
