磐安县经济林基地现状、原因和对策

A Research of Current Situation,Causes and Countermeasure of Economic Forest Base in Pan'an County

指出了经济林是一个农业增效、农民增收的富民产业,对山多地少且贫困问题比较特出的山区来说尤为重要,磐安自复县以来同其他地方一样为发展经济林作出了艰苦努力,取得了初步成效,但也存在严重不足,针对该县现状,从经济林发展的纵向和横向分析了原因,提出了相应对策。

The economic forest industry is a agriculture -enriching and farmer -enriching industry ,and it oc-cupies an important position to mountainous area w hich has few land and serious poverty issues .Since the restoration of county system ,Pan＇an County has made much efforts in developing economic forest as other ar-eas and achieved a primary success .Meanwhile ,it also has many serious defects .This article analyses the cau-ses from horizontal and vertical development of economic forest according to the current situation ,and it also provides the corresponding countermeasure .
