摘要
为了提高燃料电池混合动力车(FCHV)动力系统工作的协调性,解决整车的动力性和燃料经济性问题,针对氢氧质子交换膜燃料电池-铅酸电池混合动力车,首先对动力系统主要部件进行选型,然后确定了若干可行的燃料电池和铅酸电池的功率匹配方案,最后在ADVISOR软件中搭建整车仿真平台,在FTP和ECE_EUDC仿真工况下对各种匹配方案进行了仿真,在满足车辆动力性要求的前提下,对各种匹配方案的燃料经济性进行分析,从而得到燃料电池和铅酸电池的最佳匹配。
In order to improve the work coordination of powertrain of FCHV and solve the problem of vehicle dynamic performance and fuel economy, the main components of powertrain were selected for hydrogen-oxygen proton exchange membrane fuel cells-lead acid battery hybrid vehicle. Then some feasible power matching schemes of fuel cell and lead-acid battery were determined. At last, the vehicle simulation platform was established in ADVISOR and all sorts of matching schemes were simulated in FTP and ECE_EUDC simulation conditions. To meet the requirements of vehicle dynamic performance, fuel economies of all sorts of matching schemes were analyzed, and the best match of fuel cell and lead acid battery was obtained.
