摘要 超级电容器具有循环使用寿命长、充放电速度快、功率密度大等特点。由于单体电容量的差异,在数个充、放电循环后,单体电压差异加大,导致超级电容器组输出功率降低和老化加速。为此,提出了一种实用的基于电池组监控芯片LTC6803-3的超级电容器组管理系统,系统采用STM32F103为控制核心,主要功能包含电容器组的单体电压、温度、电流监测和电压均衡控制。介绍了系统的硬件和软件,测试了系统的动态性能和精度。测试结果验证了该方法的有效性。 Super-capacitor has the advantages of long cycle life, quick charge and discharge, and large power density.Because of the capacitance difference between the capacitor cells,after a number of deep discharging/ charging cycles, the voltage difference between cells will be enlarged. This will decrease the output power and accelerate the aging of the weak super-capacitors. So, in this paper, a practical super-capacitor stacks management system based on battery stacks monitor IC LTC6803-3 was proposed, and STM32F103 was adopted as the core of control. The main functions of the system include the monitoring of the cell voltage, temperature and current of the stacks and control of equalization. The hardware and software of the system were described. The dynamic performance and precision were tested. This approach has been verified by experiments.
