空间用氢镍电池密封性研究

摘要 通过梳理氢镍电池生产过程工序,研究了氢镍电池不同工序阶段涉及的密封性检查方法,如压力气泡法、酚酞检漏法、氦质谱检漏法、氢质谱检漏法等。从原理上综述了不同检漏方法的特点以及具体到氢镍电池上的应用方式,提出了不同检测方法的合格判据,并列举了氢镍电池具体检测数据加以说明。通过上述密封性检查合格的氢镍电池,可以满足在轨长寿命、高可靠性、高安全性的要求。 The inspection methods for the sealing performance of nickel-hydrogen cell in accordance with manufacture process involved were researched, including bubble technique, phenolphthalein technique, helium mass spectrum, hydrogen working substance technique, and so on. The characteristics of different inspection methods were reviewed, the used modes focused on nickel-hydrogen cell applications, the eligible criterions of different inspection methods were put forward, and the sealing inspection datum were exemplified and explained. Those nickel-hydrogen cells can satisfy the applications of long-life, high reliability and high security.
