Failure analysis and improvement measures of SS4 electric locomotive supply cabinet

针对SS4型电力机车电源柜出厂例行试验及运行过程中出现的故障:电压表无显示、电压表半波电压显示、电压表显示电压不稳定(指针摆动)或电压表满偏冲顶超量程的故障现象进行原因分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。

These failure phenomena were analyzed, such as no voltage display of voltmeter, half-wave voltage display, instability voltage display （pointer swing） or full partial exceeding measurement range according to SS4 electric locomotive supply cabinet＇s failure during the routine tests and operation, and the corresponding improvement measures were proposed.
