摘要
针对卫星电源控制器在深空探测卫星平台应用的特点,电源控制器对质量体积提出了新的要求,结合国内电源控制技术的研究现状提出了新的电源控制器轻量化技术。在保证产品可靠性的条件下,为了进一步降低产品质量、减小产品体积同时优化生产工艺,对电源控制器内部的各项设计进行优化,提高电源控制器的功率质量比。通过新型模块插装式电源控制器结构设计,实现了对其结构的优化设计,以达到提升电源控制器功率质量比的目的。
The characteristics of the power conditioning unit for satellite platform in deep space exploration were focused. On the basis of the requirements for weight and volume, a new technology of inserted structure designs on new light weight and volume power conditioning unit was proposed. At the same time, combining with the researches of domestic power conditioning unit technology, a new lightweight technology of power conditioning unit was presented. The production process was optimized to reduce the weight and decrease the volume and the internal designs of the power conditioning unit was also optimized to improve the power and weight ratio on the conditions to ensure product's reliability. Though the inserted structure designs on new power conditioning unit, the structure was optimized and the power weight ratio was promoted,
