摘要
本文从管理与服务的角度对高校行政服务中心的建立与现状进行分析,指出其存在的问题和原因,从对硬件设施的重视、对四种关系的重视与中心管理部门的设立、业务整合的加强与流程的简化、窗口工作人员的素质和服务意识的增强、建立完善监管机制等五个方面分别进行阐述,以期高校行政服务中心能真正实现对学校教职工"优质、高效、便捷、规范"的服务。
This paper analyzes the establishment and present situation of administration service center of university from the angle of management and service, and then, points out the existing problems and reasons. By paying attention to hardware facilities and four relationships, establishing the management center, integrating the affairs and simplifying the processes, enhancing quality and consciousness of the staff, and establishing and perfecting the supervision mechanism etc., the writer hopes that the administration service center's "high quality, high efficiency, convenience, and standardization"will be truly realized in universities.
