社会主义核心价值观是维系公民社会良性发展的重要支撑,它涵盖国家、社会、个人三个基本层面。在当前要培育好社会主义核心价值观,要克服思维习惯、实践操作等具体困难,从学校教育、文艺创作、百姓生活和建章立制等方面加以培育,在全社会形成良好风气,发挥核心价值观的引领作用。

Socialist core values, an important support maintaining the healthy development of the civil society, contains such three basic levels as the country, society and individual. Currently, in order to cultivate socialist core values, we should overcome specific difficulties,such as thinking habits and practical operation, and cultivate from school education, literary and artistic creation, the people＇s living and system establishment, so as to form a favorable atmosphere in the whole society and give play to the guiding role of socialist core values.
