The socialist core values is not only the spirit programme, but also the construction foundation of university culture, how to integrate the socialist core values into the system of ideological and political education of colleges and universities, to play an important role of the ideological and political education, is an important topic. In this paper, the necessity of education in the socialist core values and the ways of ideological and political education are discussed in order to expand the research.
