应用型本科实践教学中存在的问题与对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Practice Teaching in Applied Undergraduate Education

实践教学是实现应用型本科教育的目标关键环节,对培养学生实际操作能力、技术革新能力、创新性思维等具有重要作用。本文主要对我国应用型本科教育中存在的问题进行分析和阐述,并提出根据人才培养目标和专业特点,合理规划实践教学方案;强化师资队伍建设,改善师资知识结构;加大实践教学投入,建立灵活多样的实践教学方式等多种措施与建议。

Practice teaching is crucial to achieve the goal of applied undergraduate education and has strong effects on the actual operation ability, technological innovation ability and creative thinking of the students. This paper firstly analyzes the problems of the applied undergraduate education. Based on this, the paper proposes some improved methods including：according to the goal of applied undergraduate education and professional characteristics to design the practice teaching program;improve the knowledge structure of teachers;increase investment in teaching practice and establish a variety of flexible practice teaching methods.
