高速铁路运营中难免出现各种非正常情况,在分析非正常情况的特点和现行非正常处置流程的基础上,指出了现行非正常处置中存在的问题并提出了建立信息查询交换平台和科学完备的应急预案体系的建议。

There will inevitably be various abnormal conditions in the operation of high-speed rails. Based on analyzing the characteristics of abnormal conditions and the present treatment procedures of abnormal conditions, this paper pointed out the problems existing in the present treatment, and proposed the suggestions of establishing an information inquiry and exchange platform and a scientific and perfect emergency plan.
