高职院校做强做大对外培训探微——以广东岭南职业技术学院为例

Exploration on Strengthening the External Training of Higher Vocational Colleges: A Case Study on Lingnan Institute of Technology

在全球化背景下,高职院校应该开展对外培训,服务好企业、服务好行业、服务好社区。本文以广东岭南职业技术学院开展对外培训为例,指出存在的主要问题,并对今后如何做强做大对外培训提出了对策。并指出在全球化背景下,学校为企业开展的培训其实也是一种校企深度融合的表现。

In the background of globalization, higher vocational colleges should launch external training, in order to serve enterprises, industries and communities. Exemplified by the external training of Lingnan Institute of Technology, this paper pointed out the main existing problems,and proposed countermeasures of how to strengthen external training in future. It also pointed out that, in the background of globalization, enterprise training launched by colleges is in fact a manifestation of deep college-enterprise integration.
