Research on the Construction and Management of College Campus Network Culture

高校网络文化作为校园文化的重要组成部分,在人才培养中发挥着重要的作用,它扩大了校园文化的育人领域,提升了育人时效,搭建了育人的新平台,也优化了人才培养的新环境。但是当前网络文化对校园文化的发展充满了挑战。本文通过分析问题原因,提出了建设一支网络管理队伍,打造一批文化阵地,构建一种网络伦理道德体系,从而实现对网络文化全面监管的方法和途径。

College network culture, as an important component of campus culture, plays an important role in talent cultivation, as it has expanded the education field of campus culture, improved the effectiveness of education, established a new platform for education, and optimized a new environment for talent cultivation. But the current network culture has put forward a lot of challenges for the development of campus culture. Through analyzing the causes, this paper proposed the construction of a network management team,the establishment of a batch of cultural positions, and the construction of a network ethics and morality system, so as to realize the comprehensive supervision of network culture.
