摘要
"特岗计划"的实施为农村教育发展注入了新鲜活力,但是也产生了许多问题,如地方在招聘过程中只看重学历、特岗教师到岗后"教非所学"的困境、特岗教师工资发放不及时、硬件配套设施滞后等。为了有效实施"特岗计划",让这项政策真正发挥作用,需要把好招聘入口关,带动社会资本的支持,健全学校用人机制,给予特岗教师更多的人文关怀。
The implementation of"special post program"has given new vitality to the development of rural education, but also resulted in many problems, such as focusing exclusively on educational background in local employment, the predicament that special-post teachers teach subjects that are not what they learned, arrears of wages, backward hardware facilities and so on. In order to effectively implement"special post program"and give full play to the policy, we need guard the employment well, strive for the support of social funds, perfect school employment mechanisms, and give special-post teachers more humanistic care.
