海南少数民族地区农村文化建设研究——以昌江县抽样调查为例

Research on Rural Culture Construction in Hainan Nationality Regions:A Case Study on the Sampling Survey of Changjiang County

2010年1月4日,国务院发布《关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》,将把海南建设成国际一流旅游岛上升为国家战略。然而,海南城乡文化建设却存在巨大差异,少数民族地区农村文化远远落后于城市文化,笔者在实地考察海南省昌江县乌烈村、昂便村、孔车村等村庄基础上,设计问卷深入调查了解其文化建设现状,分析其农村文化建设中存在的问题,并针对该地区农村文化建设存在的问题提出合理化建议。

On January 4th, 2010, the Sate Council has announced＂Several Opinions on Promoting the Construction and Development of Hainan International Tourism Island＂, uplifting the strategy of constructing Hainan to be a first-class international tourism island to a national one. However, there are great differences between urban and rural culture construction in Hainan, and the rural culture of nationality regions is far behind urban culture. Based on a field survey on several villages of Changjiang County of Hainan Province, including Wulie Village, Angbian Village, Kongche Village and so on, we designed questionnaires to further investigate the current situation of their culture con-struction, analyzed the existing problems, and proposed rational suggestions accordingly.
