白酒废水是酒类企业在生产时所留下的废弃物,其成分复杂、量大,如果不及时有效地科学处理,不但会给企业带来生产上的问题,同时也会对企业周边环境带来不利影响。白酒废水具有有机物含量高、易生物降解、处理要求高、杂质含量高等特点。对此,介绍了在对白酒废水处理时对于厌氧工艺、好氧工艺、深度处理工艺、污泥处理工艺这几种工艺的选择,并对不同工艺进行了比较分析。(晓文)

Wastewater from Baijiu （liquor） production is usually abundant of organic matter and impurities, biodegradable, and hard to process. If not treated properly, it will bring problems both to the production activity and surrounding environment of distilleries. In this paper, we introduced and compared several wastewater treatment processes, including anaerobic process, aerobic process, advanced treatment and sludge treatment. （Trans. by HUANG Xiaoli）.
