随着我国教育文化事业的不断发展,我国研究生教育也取得了长足进步。然而,在当前社会经济生活的新形势下,社会对研究生人才培养的质量提出了更高要求。本文意在通过对国外研究生教育理念的研究,从研究生辅导员的角度,探索改进研究生培养质量的新举措。

With the continuous development of education and cultural undertakings in our country, postgraduate education has made great progress. However, under the new situation of the current social and economic life, the society has put forward higher requirements for the quality of postgraduate training. Through the study of foreign postgraduate education ideas, this paper aims to explore new measures to improve the quality of postgraduate education from the perspective of counselors for postgraduate students.
