摘要
培养应用型、适应型人才是职业教育的培养目标,造成了学生素质发展的失衡。作为通识教育主要课程的大学语文也备受冷落,大学语文的边缘化使高职语文教育和语文教师得不到正常发展。本文在调查分析的基础上论及制约高职语文教育、高职语文教师发展的因素,提出从语文教师自身出发发展自身素养的策略。
The goal of vocational education is to train applica- tion-oriented and adaption-oriented talents, which has caused imbalance in the development of students' qualities. As a main course of general education, college Chinese language is also relatively desolated, and the marginalization of college Chinese language has caused abnormal development of higher vocational Chinese language education and Chinese language teachers. Based on investigation and analysis, this paper discusses the factors which restrict the development of higher vocational Chinese language education and Chinese language teachers, and provides the strategy of developing Chinese language teachers' accom plishments starting from themselves.
