《幼儿园指导纲要(试行)》指出:"家庭是幼儿园重要的合作伙伴,是幼儿园工作的重要组成部分。"这让我们明确地认识到只有做好家长工作才能更好地实现家园合作,共同完成和提高幼儿素质的教育任务。分享自身在幼儿园中家长工作的沟通经验,发现并小结"真"和"诚"沟通的重要性及其所进行的点滴窍门。

＂Kindergarten Guidelines （trial edition）＂ points out： ＂Families are important partners for kindergartens, and are also important components.＂ These words make it clear that only through good parents＇ work can the operation between parents and kindergartens be fulfilled, and thus kids＇ overall qualities can be improved. This paper is aimed to share the author＇s experience with other kindergarten teachers. The author draws a conclusion that ＂authenticity＂ and ＂sincerity＂ are of vital importance in the communication between parents and kindergartens.
