高校基层党组织活力现状调查与分析

Survey and Analysis on the Current Situation of the Vitality of University Grassroots Party Organizations

本文通过问卷调查的方式对高校基层党组织活力现状进行了调查,从调查的情况看,基层党组织活力不足主要表现:广大学生参与党组织活动的积极性不高;基层党组织为大学生解决实际问题的渠道不够丰富,学生遇到问题不愿意主动向基层党组织求助。并从高校基层党组织自身建设不足;基层党组织组织的活动缺乏创新,内容单一;专兼职党务工作人员的素质不高,能力偏低;学生党员模范带头作用差四个方面分析了影响高校基层党组织活力的原因。

Through questionnaire survey, this paper made an investigation on the current situation of the vitality of university grassroots. Party organizations. Viewing from the result, the insufficient vitality of grassroots Party organizations is mainly mani- fested as follows： students＇ enthusiasm of participation in the activities Party organizations is low; the ways of grassroots Party organizations to solve university students＇ practical problems are monotonous, so students won＇t actively ask for help from grassroots Party organizations. The masons affecting the vitality of university grassroots Party organizations were analyzed from four aspects： insufficient serf-construction of university grassroots Party organizations; lack of innovation and diverse contents for the activities of grassroots Party organizations; low quality and poor ability of full-time and part-time Party affairs staff; poor exemplary role of student Party members.
