Construction and Research of Science and Technology Competition for College Students(the Robot Team)

分析浙江科技学院机器人团队建设。研究大学生科技竞赛团队组织方式和结构模式,讨论如何提高团队成员学习效率、团队精神和合作能力的基本途径,最后结合我们团队的实际在提高学生创新能力方面做些探索。

This paper analyzed the robot team construction in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, researched the organization styles, structures and models of the team for science and technology competition for college students, discussed how to the basic ways of improving the learning efficiency, innovative spirit and cooperative ability of the team,.and finally made some explorations on improving students＇ innovative ability combined with the practical situation of our team.
