几种细菌染色方法的改良建议

Improvements of Several Bacterial Staining Methods

针对革兰染色法、抗酸染色法、鞭毛染色法、芽孢染色法、荚膜染色法5种传统染色方法的不同特点,结合多年的实践,对这些染色方法进行了改良,形成了一套适合不同需要的染色方法。改良后的染色方法不仅操作简便易学,而且镜检效果良好。

Almost all bacteria are so tiny and colorless that they can only be directly observed through the microscope oil immersion unless stained.Thus,bacteria staining are difficult to grasp,but are very important content in Experimental Teaching of Pathogen biology.Several conventional staining methods of bacterial staining have been proposed including gram staining gram,acid fast staining,flagella staining,spore staining,capsule staining.These conventional staining methods were improved by focusing on different characteristics of 5 staining methods and combining with years of teaching practice to meet different needs.Results showed that the improved method was not only easy to learn and master,but was clear to observe bacterial properties as well.
