减压内部沸腾法提取绞股蓝总黄酮的效果 被引量:10

摘要 以绞股蓝[Gynostemma pentaphyllum(Thunb.)Makino]粉末为原料,采用减压内部沸腾法提取总黄酮,通过单因素试验考察了解吸因素和提取因素对总黄酮得率的影响,优选出最佳解吸和提取条件,并与传统醇提法进行比较。优选出的最佳解吸条件为是3.0 g绞股蓝粉末用量10 mL体积分数为80%的乙醇,解吸25 min;最佳提取条件为0.025 MPa的提取压强,提取温度为50℃,料液比为1∶25(g∶mL),提取2次,每次20 min,在此条件下,绞股蓝总黄酮得率为1.02%。与传统的乙醇提取方法比较,总黄酮得率提高了0.20%,提取时间明显缩短,乙醇用量减少了140 mL,具有明显的优势。 Using Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb.) Makino as raw material,the extraction of total flavonoids from Gynostemma pentaphyllum were studied.Using the decompressing inner ebullition,Gynostemma pentaphyllum powder was desorbed and extracted to investigate the effects of factors on the extraction rate.The best desorption and extraction conditions were found out and compared with traditional extraction method.The optimal desorption conditions were the desorption solvent of 80% ethanol,desorption time of 25 min,10 mL of solvent,extraction pressure of 0.025 MPa,extraction temperature of 50℃,using water as extraction solvent,25 times to raw material,extracted twice for 20 min each time.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of flavonoids could reach up to 1.02%.Compared with the traditional ethanol extraction method,the yield of total flavonoids was increased by 0.20%,the extraction time was shorter,the amount of ethanol was 7 times less with an obvious advantage.
