基于灰色综合评价的中原经济区“三化”协调发展研究——以河南省为例

Coordinated Development between Industrialization,Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization in the Central Plains Economic Zone——Taking Henan Province as an Example

中原经济区建设的核心是积极探索不以牺牲粮食和农业、生态和环境为代价的工业化、城镇化和农业现代化(以下简称"三化")协调发展的道路。结合中原经济区"三化"发展特点,建立中原经济区"三化"协调发展评价指标体系,并利用熵权法确定各指标权重,采用灰色综合评价法建立了中原经济区"三化"协调发展评价模型,对中原经济区"三化"协调发展进行评价。结果表明,该方法解决了中原经济区"三化"协调发展评价过程中"三化"关系复杂、评价信息不确定性等问题,并且具有较高的评价精度。

Combined with the development characteristics of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization of the central plains economic area,the evaluation index system was established and the weight of each index was determined by entropy method.The grey comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the conformity between industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization in the central plains economic area.The results showed that this method solved the problems of complex relationship and uncertainty information between industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization with a better and accurate evaluation.
