基于因子分析的湖北省农业技术创新能力评价

Evaluating Capability of Agricultural Technology Innovation in Hubei Province Based on Factors Analysis

为探索湖北省农业技术创新能力水平,从研发能力、产出能力、绩效水平及支撑能力四个方面选取23个原始指标构建农业技术创新能力评价体系,运用因子分析方法对中国31个省市的农业技术创新能力进行测算,进而比较分析湖北省优势与不足。结果表明,湖北省的农业技术创新能力位于全国中等水平,在R&D投入、教育及基础设施投资等方面有待提高。最后提出了提升湖北省农业技术创新能力的对策建议。

In order to study the level of innovation capability of agricultural technology in Hubei province,23 indexes were selected from input,output,performances,support.A comprehensive index system of innovation capability of agricultural technology.The factor analysis was used to calculate the innovation capability of agricultural technology in 31 provinces of mainland Chinese.The advantages and disadvantages of Hubei province was compared.The results showed that innovation capability of agricultural technology in Hubei province was in the middle level.Investment in R＆D,education and infrastructure needs to be improved.Advices on enhancing the innovation capability of agricultural technology in Hubei province were proposed.
