摘要
鲟鱼(Acipenser sturio Linnaeus)肉质细嫩,味道鲜美,营养丰富,由其卵加工而成的鱼子酱更是被称为"黑色黄金",具有重要的经济价值,是目前世界上主要水产养殖品种之一。鲟鱼鱼子酱价格居高不下,因此养殖雌性鲟鱼生产鱼子酱具有更加重大的经济前景,但是在养殖早期鲟鱼性别难以分辨,深入了解鲟鱼性别决定与分化过程将有助于早期鲟鱼性别鉴别技术的开发。综述了鲟鱼染色体倍性、性别决定系统以及性别决定与分化过程的研究进展,以期为鲟鱼养殖业的发展提供理论依据。
Sturgeon known as living fossil in the water is one of the oldest fish in the word. Due to the delicious and nutri- tious flesh and the caviar, sturgeon is one of the world's major aquaculture species. Breeding female sturgeon to produce caviar has a very significant economic prospect because of the high price of the caviar. It is difficult to identify the sex dur- ing early stage of breeding sturgeon. An in-depth understanding sex determination and differentiation of sturgeon will help de- velop of sex identification technology. The ploidy and the advances on sex determination and differentiation of sturgeons were reviewed in this paper.
