西藏白菜型黄子油菜种质农艺性状的典型相关分析 被引量:4

摘要 以20份西藏白菜型黄子油菜(Brassica rapa L.)农家品种为材料,依据生物学意义将13个农艺性状分为4个性状组,对各农艺性状及性状组进行简单相关分析和典型相关分析。结果表明,单株产量与产量构成因子组达到了极显著相关水平,产量构成因子组中单株有效角果数对单株产量的形成影响最大,其次是千粒重,每果粒数影响较小;产量构成因子组与分枝性状组关系最为密切,其次是主茎性状组、角果性状组。增加一次分枝数、降低有效分枝高度可有效提高白菜型黄子油菜单株产量。研究结果为西藏黄子油菜地方品种的选育工作打下一定的理论基础。 Typical correlation of 4 trait combination of in 13 agronomic traits of 20 yellow-seeded rapeseed varieties(Brassica rapa L) from Tibet were analyzed. The results showed that yield of single plant and yield components were significantly correlated. Among the yield components of the whole plant, influence of effective pod number on the formation of yield was the largest, followed by thousand seed weight, seed number per fruit less affected. Yield components had the closest relations with branch characters, followed by the main stem character, pod properties. Increasing the number of branches and reducing the effective branch height can effectively improve the yield of the yellow seeded rape seed. The results will provided reference for breeding the new cultivar of the yellow-seeded rapeseed in Tibet.
