摘要
以模式植物拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)为受体,采用活体生物试验方法测定泽泻[Alisma orientalis(Sam.)Juzep.]醇提物及其主要萜类活性成分对7日龄拟南芥幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,泽泻醇提物对拟南芥幼苗的生长有较强的抑制作用,23-乙酰泽泻醇B对拟南芥幼苗的生长表现出抑制作用,呈现较好的量效关系。而泽泻醇A醋酸酯对拟南芥幼苗的生长无明显影响。研究证明泽泻醇提物对拟南芥幼苗的生长有显著的抑制作用,其中23-乙酰泽泻醇B是泽泻潜在的化感活性成分。
The inhibitory effects of the ethanol extract and two triterpenoids from Alisma orientalis on the 7-day-old seedlings of Arabidopsis thaliana were studied and compared with bioassay methods.The results showed that the ethanol extract had significant inhibitory activity on the growth of Arabidopsis thaliana seedling 23-O-Acetylalisol B significantly reduced the fresh weight and root length of Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings, with a dose-dependent phytotoxic effect. Alisol A 24-acetate had no effect on the growth of Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings. The extract had a significant inhibitory effect on Alisma orientalis. 23- O-Acetylalisol B might be a potential altelopathic active substance of Alisma orientalis.
