摘要
为了分析橡胶果外壳在不同条件下破碎力的变化规律,通过万能力学试验机对其进行破坏试验。采用正交试验,选取含水率、加载速度、加载方向、压板材料等因素,分析各因素对橡胶果外壳破碎力指标的影响。结果表明,随着加载速度、含水率的增加,破碎力总体呈上升趋势;正向放置时橡胶果的破碎力比横向放置时大;采用钢制压板时橡胶果破碎力比采用木制压板时大,对于破碎力的影响从大到小为加载方向、含水率、压板材料、加载速度。当加载速度为100 mm/min、加载方向为横向、压板材料为木制、含水率为低时橡胶果外壳破碎力最小。
To analyze the variation of rubber husk" crushing under different conditions, the destructive test of rubber fruits was conducted with universal mechanical testing machine. Orthogonal tests of different moisture factor, load speed, load di- rection, plate materials were made to analyze the variation of rubber husk" crushing force. The results showed that the crush- ing force rised substantially with the increase of the loading speed and moisture content. The crushing force was larger when rubber fruit was placed forward rather than horizontally. The resuls was the same when steel plate was used rather than wooden plate. The destructive factors included loading direction, moisture content, plate materials, loading speed. When the loading speed was 100 mm/min, loading direction was horizontal, plate material was wood, the water content was low, the crushing force of rubber husk could be minimum.
