摘要
教师自我更新是教师专业发展的成熟表现和高级阶段。文章分析了教师自我更新的必要性、教师自我更新的涵义、教师自我更新的意义,在此基础上提出教师自我更新的路径。
The self-update of teachers is the reflection of maturity and the advanced stage in their professional development. This paper analyzed the necessity, connotation and significance of teachers＇ self-update, and proposed ways of teachers＇ self-up-date.
