摘要
为制订中国老年男性血沉参考值的统一标准提供科学依据,本文收集了中国各地用温氏法测定的健康老年男性的血沉参考值,并对其与5项地理因素的关系进行了研究,发现海拔高度是影响老年男性血沉参考值最主要的因素,随海拔高度的逐渐增大,老年男性血沉参考值在逐渐减小。用数学回归的方法推导出了一个回归方程。如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可用回归方程估算该地区老年男性的血沉参考值。依据老年男性血沉参考值与地理因素的关系,以海拔高度为主要依据,把中国分为东北区、华北区、华中区、华南区、西南区、西北区、内蒙古区、青藏区等8个区。
In order to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of a unified standard for the reference value of Chinese old men's erythrocyte sedimentation rate, this paper collected the reference value of healthy old men's erythrocyte sedimentation rate across China, which was determined by Wintrobe method, and made a research on its relationship with five geographical factors. It is found that altitude is the main factor affecting the reference value of old men's erythrocyte sedimentation rate, namely, with the in crease of altitude gradually, the reference value of old men's ery throcyte sedimentation rate is gradually decreasing. Using mathematical regression method, a regression equation was deduced. If the geographical factors of China somewhere are known, the regression equation can be used to estimate the reference value of old men's erythrocyte sedimentation rate at the region. In accordance with the relationship between the reference value of old men's erythrocyte sedimentation rate and geographical factors,with altitude as the main basis, China can be divided into eight areas: Northeast, North China, Central China, South China, Southwest, Northwest, Inner Mongolia and Qinghai-Tibet.
